Are the sweets refundable?

Due to the unprecedented times that we are living in, we’re currently not giving any refunds on our sweets.

I want to order a mixed box, how can I do that?

You can place an order for a gift box and replace any of either 4-6 flavours that there are. However, you cannot have an individual sweet. They either come in 4 or 6 depending on the gift box you choose.

Please do let us know at the check out for the flavours that you’d like to have.

How are you shipping with and will I get a tracking number?

Will be using RoyalMail for our shipping. If you select express shipping, we will ship to you using a tracking number. If you use standard shipping, we will not be providing a tracking number with this.

My order has not come yet, what can I do?

If your order hasn’t come in the time frames provided, please do get in touch with us and we will help you.

Are the sweets made fresh?

Every sweet is made to order, we do not make to store.

Are the sweets: Vegetarian or Vegan?

Our sweets are suitable for vegetarians, we do not handle any meats, fish or eggs in our kitchen nor do we include them in any of our sweets.
